Before you subscribe
- $12 USD monthly subscription. It renews each month until you cancel.
- 30 transcript analyses per billing month. Each submitted transcript is limited to 20,000 characters.
- Payment comes first. An active paid subscription is required before an analysis is processed.
- At the limit, processing stops. You will not be charged an overage. Wait for the next monthly allowance or cancel; unused analyses do not roll over.
- Cancel online. Open the subscriber portal and use its billing controls before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
- Refund treatment. Fees are normally not prorated for unused time. We review failed service, duplicate or incorrect charges, and honor mandatory consumer rights. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
