Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds

Price, payment, and renewal

The Sampler plan is $12.00 per month for up to 30 transcript analyses per billing month. Each input is capped at 20,000 characters. Payment is required before any analysis is processed. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Cancel online

Open the subscriber portal and use its billing controls before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights that apply to you are not affected.

Refund treatment

Except where law requires otherwise, subscription fees are not prorated or refunded merely because part of a paid billing period or allowance was unused. If our service fails to deliver a paid analysis, or you see a duplicate, mistaken, or incorrect charge, contact support@streamnowlab.me with your account email, charge date, and request details. Do not send full card details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, restore the affected analysis or refund the eligible charge to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer refund, withdrawal, and remedy rights always apply.

What happens at the usage limit

After 30 analyses in a billing month, further processing is blocked. You will not be charged an automatic overage. Wait until the next monthly allowance becomes available. Unused analyses do not roll over. This MVP meters transcript analyses only and does not process source-video minutes.
