Service

Streamnowlab accepts a recording upload or supported public VOD link, transcribes its audio, suggests promising moments, and renders vertical 9:16 MP4 clips with burned-in captions for account preview and download. Automated transcription, selection, reframing, and captions can be inaccurate. Review every clip for context, accuracy, permissions, and suitability before publishing. Streamnowlab does not publish clips to social platforms for you.

Rights and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and must own or have permission to process each recording, including any required participant consent. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, sensitive, children’s, or regulated-service material. You retain rights in your content and authorize us and our processing providers to handle it only to provide the service.

Plan, payment, and limits

The Sampler offer is $12.00 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. It includes up to 120 source-recording minutes per billing month. A single upload is capped at 500 MB and 120 minutes. Payment and a valid subscriber key are required before transcription. Processing stops when the allowance is reached, there is no automatic overage charge, and unused minutes do not roll over.

Failed jobs do not count against the locally recorded monthly usage. Cancel through the subscriber account before renewal; cancellation prevents future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period.

Storage and availability

Source files are removed from processing storage after a job finishes or fails. Transcripts and generated clips are retained for up to 90 days unless deleted sooner. The service is provided as available. We may restrict use for abuse, security, or legal reasons. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
