What this MVP processes

Streamnowlab currently accepts pasted transcript text, a subscriber-provided API key, and basic request and account-plan information needed to provide and meter the service. The page sends the key and transcript to the configured processing endpoint. The page does not save the key or transcript in browser storage or a separate app database. Payment checkout is handled by the payment provider; this site does not receive full card details.

Purpose and service providers

We use submitted text and the subscriber key to request the clip-planning result and apply the subscriber's plan. The configured processing engine and its infrastructure receive the request and may process it under their own service and retention terms. Payment, hosting, and email suppliers may handle information needed to provide their services. We do not use submitted transcripts for advertising. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, children's, or regulated-service information.

Retention and deletion

This MVP has no separate application database for saved transcripts, clips, or jobs. That does not mean the processing engine or infrastructure never retains request data; their operational logs and retention are governed by their applicable terms. To request help with a data-access or deletion request, email support@streamnowlab.me and identify the account and request. We will handle requests under applicable law and can direct you to the relevant processing provider where needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a regulator. Contact us at the address above. Do not include full payment-card details. The service is not intended for children or for healthcare, financial, or other regulated use.

Security and updates

The subscriber key is held in page memory and sent over HTTPS to the configured endpoint; the site does not store it. No internet service can promise perfect security. We will update this notice if the service or its data handling changes materially. Applicable mandatory privacy rights remain in force.
