- Payment comes first. An active subscription and subscriber key are required before transcription.
- No overage charge. Processing stops at 120 minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over.
- Cancel online. Use the billing controls in your account before renewal.
- Fees are normally not prorated for unused time. Failed jobs do not use local minutes. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the Refund Policy.
